Site terms

Banks Inc. operates Banks Door. These terms cover use of the store, item identification, quote requests, and purchases.

Requests and identification

An item request is not an order, a reservation, or a guarantee that a particular product is available. Customers remain responsible for confirming that submitted opening details are accurate.

Quotes, pricing, and availability

A quote identifies the product, price, availability, shipping or delivery expectation, and any item-specific terms known when the quote is prepared. Availability may change before payment is completed.

Orders

An order is accepted only after successful payment and an order confirmation. Banks Door may cancel and refund an order if the quoted item becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied on the stated terms. Shipping and tracking details are provided when available.

Product information

Product descriptions, specifications, and photographs identify the manufacturer item offered. Manufacturer instructions and warranty terms continue to apply.

Returns, cancellations, and warranties

Return eligibility, restocking charges, cancellation limits, and warranty handling may vary by product and are stated in the quote or order terms. Configured, keyed, cut, programmed, special-order, or electrical items may be non-returnable. Manufacturer warranty terms continue to apply where offered.

CRL tool listings are final sale except for operational defects reported within CRL's stated 10-day claim window. Inspect tools promptly after delivery and email returns@banksdoor.com before returning an item.

Third-party names

Manufacturer and product names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products offered.

Acceptable submissions

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and job information so we can respond and fulfill requests efficiently.
