Privacy notice

Banks Door is operated by Banks Inc. We use customer information to answer requests, provide quotes, fulfill orders, and improve the store.

Information we collect

We may collect your contact details, company, requested products, delivery information, job details, and information you choose to include in a product request. Payment information is handled by our payment processor and is not stored in the request form.

We also record limited, first-party site activity such as product views, whether a catalog search returned results, and additions to a quote list. Catalog search terms are classified by type and are not stored in these activity records. These records do not include an advertising identifier.

How we use it

We use this information to respond, prepare quotes, provide customer service, fulfill purchases, improve products and services, and maintain the security and performance of the store.

Sharing and sale

Banks Door does not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the store, process payments, communicate with customers, and deliver products.

Retention and requests

We retain records as needed for customer service, operations, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@banksdoor.com with the subject “Privacy request.”
