What it is

The Pro XL Air Shim pair replaces pry bars and temporary wedges for controlled lifting, leveling, and alignment. Its larger contractor-grade body reaches up to three inches, while the hand pump and metal bleeder valve provide one-handed height adjustment.

Primary field use: Lift, level, align, or separate doors, windows, cabinets, appliances, furniture, counters, baseboards, and trim during installation
Fit check: CRL publishes a 500-pound load safety rating, support for 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch glazing, and up to 3 inches of lift. Use multiple shims where the load or geometry requires distributed support.
Technician note: Inflate only with the attached rubber pump. The shim creates outward pressure and gradually loses pressure, so monitor the assembly and install permanent supports before releasing the work.
