What it is
The Air Shim pair gives one technician a compact, non-scratching way to lift, level, and hold a component during installation. Each shim is operated with its attached hand pump and the pair is rated to lift up to 300 pounds when used as directed.

- Level and position doors, windows, shower enclosures, appliances, cabinets, trim, and compatible glazing assemblies during installation
- Fit check
- CRL identifies the pair for 1/2-inch and 3/8-inch glazing work and gaps from 3/32 inch to 2-1/2 inches. The rated lifting capacity is 300 pounds for the pair.
- Technician note
- Inflate only with the attached rubber pump. The shims create outward pressure and gradually lose pressure, so monitor the assembly and use permanent supports before releasing the work.
